What You’ll Do:
· Lead strategic planning and operations for simulation and immersive learning programs.
· Design and implement high-fidelity simulation and virtual reality experiences.
· Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure curriculum excellence.
· Drive research, scholarship, and national engagement in simulation education.
What We’re Looking For:
· Doctoral degree in nursing or related field (DNP or PhD).
· 3–5 years of experience in simulation-based teaching and learning.
· Expertise in immersive technologies and simulation standards.
· Strong leadership, curriculum development, and research skills.
· Preferred: Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE or CHSE-Advanced).
